Position Summary:

The Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing critical information regarding operational performance for the Company’s production facilities.  The position will also be responsible for financial reporting at the plant level, as well as certain corporate journal entries and business forecasting and planning.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Critical Evaluation:  Use an objective and balanced approach toward analysis and decision making
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Knowledge of financial statements, variance analyses and budgeting
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to finance and non-finance groups
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of experience with increasing responsibility
