Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resource Manager provides guidance and advice to plant leadership and team members regarding company policies, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and employee engagement, and has primary responsibility for developing recruiting plans and coordinating with staffing agencies.  

Requirements:

  • PHR / SHRM-CP/SCP certificate
  • 4 or more years functioning as an HR Manager in a similarly sized company (automotive manufacturing preferred).
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
