In 1981, Challenge was founded in a garage in Walker, MI. Starting with one machine, Challenge has grown tremendously over the past four decades. Today, still headquartered in Walker, MI, Challenge employs approximately 3,000 team members supported by 1,500 industrial robots across twelve locations in North America and Asia.
