What You'll Do:

  • Receives, stores, and issues hand tools, machine tools, materials, and other equipment. 
  • Keeps an inventory of tools, inspects tools and equipment for wear or defects, and orders new equipment/materials when needed. 
  • Maintains records of tool/equipment use
  • Manages lock-out tag-out locks
  • Maintains security of tool crib
  • May deliver tools/equipment using hand truck or powered industrial truck.
  • May mark and identify tools and equipment using identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool. 

What You Need to Have:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions.  
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day, including Saturday and Sunday. 
  • Must be able to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck license.
