Who We Want:

The Manufacturing Floor Supervisor is the front line of leadership at the plant level. Their purpose is to oversee all operations within their area, ensuring that safety, quality, delivery and production efficiencies meet the standards and expectation of internal and external customers. We are looking for specialized supervisors in all aspects of production including: Materials, Quality, Operations, and Maintenance. Our Supervisors are also morale builders and are responsible for creating a positive work environment for all employees.

We have multiple shifts available for this position, it is located at our Plant in Holland, MI.

What You Need to Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role 
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 
  • Automotive manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
