Responsible for inspection, installation and repair of machines used for production and within the tool room and maintenance machining areas. In addition, build and re-build equipment for various manufacturing needs.

  • Follow specified maintenance and repair procedures to install, maintain, and repair production machinery and tools.
  • Utilize Plex to document appropriate downtime codes.
  • Ability to electrically troubleshoot issues using a meter.
  • Knowledge of Press operation and functionality
  • Basic knowledge of lubrication systems (operation & functionality)
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints for troubleshooting.
  • Basic troubleshooting skillset when working on mechanical issues.
  • Uses the following equipment safely: hand tools, hand and surface grinders, wheel puller, torches, pipe threader, hydraulic jack, welders, scissor lift, lathe, forklift, milling machine, drill presses
  • Proactively participate in continuous improvement efforts and drive process, tooling, and equipment enhancements that will improve production efficiency and product quality
  • Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day, including Saturday and Sunday


  • Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions.
  • Frequent exposure to noise, fumes, dirt, heat, sparks, and smoke
  • Frequently bends, twists, turns, and lifts while performing functions of position
  • Working with/around moderately-sized equipment within a work area
  • Must be able to pass and maintain licenses for Forklift and Scissor Lift
  • Requires high school graduate or equivalent
  • Requires 6 months of experience in relevant work experience
