The Payroll and HRIS Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s payroll process and Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate recordkeeping, as well as timely and accurate processing of payroll.

Processes bi-weekly salary team member payroll using ADP Workforce Now and ADP Enhanced Time

  • Monitors weekly hourly payroll processing and provides payroll support to HR Managers and/or Hourly Payroll Coordinators
  • Process adjustment files and assists in successful, timely and accurate confirmation of payrolls according to the processing schedule and payroll check list.
  • Process garnishments, reimbursements, and various types of imputed income
  • Respond to inquiries relating to payroll and payroll systems
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Creates custom reports in ADP Workforce Now and/or Enhanced Time
  • Conduct routine audits of data to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Assist with reconciliation of tax payments and filings completed by ADP as needed
  • Update the Hourly and Salary Processing Procedures as needed


  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now and Enhanced Time for full-cycle payroll processing required
  • Degree in business related discipline (Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.), or a minimum of 5 years in Payroll/Tax related positions preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll tax and garnishment processing

No direct reports. However, this individual indirectly supports HR Managers and Hourly Payroll Coordinators.


Occasional overnight travel may be required to train new team members and/or provide support to plant HR team members.
