Position Summary:

The purpose of the role of Corporate Press Maintenance Coordinator is to lead and support Plant Maintenance Managers, to ensure adherence to corporate standards, contingency plans are implemented, plant failures of risk are mitigated, plant capacity is maintained, support business growth, contractor scope and quoting standards, and training as needed. They will also develop processes to maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.


  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical Discipline strongly preferred
  • Three to five years’ work experience in mechanical press maintenance leadership role.
  • Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance programs required
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
