Position Summary:

The Production Scheduler is responsible for ensuring best practice(s) in demand planning, inventory planning, production planning and supply planning, with linkage to site financials. The Production Scheduler plays a key role in the overall business growth and inventory reduction strategies. This position works closely with functional leaders and site materials teams. The Production Scheduler is responsible for coordinating the activities of production and operators by ensuring that production schedules are created and completed on time, and within budget.


  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • One-year work experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Inventory Control (required).
  • Associate’s Degree major or concentration in Supply Chain Management/Logistics (preferred).
  • Experience with Plex Systems ERP strongly (preferred).
  • Previous experience in automotive industry (preferred).
  • Experience using GM Power Systems or Honda Web (preferred).
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with out without accommodation.
