Who We Want:

Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials and perform cycle counts to ensure all materials are properly verified and reflect reported inventory. Resolve materials / finished goods inventory issues by adjusting inventory counts maintained in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system – Plex.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform daily counts of raw material, packaging material, finished goods, and non-conforming materials to ensure inventory accuracy on the manufacturing floor / plant warehouse.
  • Verify materials / finished goods are stored / staged in proper locations through the facility. Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory.
  • Report discrepancies of over / under inventory amounts and / or damaged product using the company’s defined escalation process.
  • Work collaboratively with production leaders and team members to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and / or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.
  • Assist in receiving and put away processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure finished product is staged appropriately to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Breakdown boxes and pallets to fit shelving / put away locations.
  • Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day including Saturday and Sunday

When and Where:

This will be a 2nd Shift / Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm position located at our Plant in Holland, MI.

What You Need to Have:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to obtain a hilo license
  • Ability to use basic mathematic skills
  • Ability to operate PC and scan gun
  • Has high standards of performance for self

  • Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 35 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than six (6) hours per day
  • Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises
